In 2003, TransLink consulted broadly to determine how transportation investments would shape our region’s future. This produced an approved 10-Year transporation expansion and financial plan. This produced a 2005-2007 Three-Year Plan and 10-Year Outlook, approved by the TransLink and GVRD Boards.
